Ingrid Sanders – Tourism Public Relations Guru

Ingrid Sanders at a client eventDirector Ingrid Sanders has 15 years’ experience, many of these within the travel and lifestyle sector.

Ingrid has excellent contacts and connections and an extensive list of media contacts both in and out of the travel and lifestyle sector. She has a wealth of experience in tourism PR, communications, social media and content creation.

Prior to launching Gemini Communications, Ingrid held senior roles with Tourism Victoria and Tourism NT. She has delivered a number of large and small scale tourism marketing and communication campaigns and projects, prepared and implemented numerous successful and innovative PR strategies, hosted and organised numerous media famils.

Ingrid manages the team at Gemini to work across a variety of retainer accounts and project work in the tourism, travel, lifestyle, food and beverage sectors.


Madeleine Blake – Tourism Media Relations Genius

Madeleine has over 10 years experience working in a variety of PR and marketing roles across the travel and lifestyle sector. She has worked for Tourism Victoria and Tourism Whistler (in Canada) and managed the PR accounts for tourism clients such as Tourism Tasmania, Palazzo Versace Gold Coast and Sovereign Hill. 

Having held PR positions in Australia, the UK and Canada, Madeleine has developed a strong network of media contacts from around the globe. She has hands on experience conceptualising and implementing PR strategies, planning and hosting media familiarisations and developing effective and concise media materials.


Sandra Muller – digital strategist and online content specialist

Sandra has been working in the digital media industry for 20 years, specialising in online content management, writing and editing since 2004 and digital marketing since 2010. With an early career in web design, she brings a strong user-centric focus to all of her projects and advocates for the user experience.

Her specialities include global communications where she has extensive experience developing and managing multi-lingual websites, and developing and implementing global digital marketing strategies.  

Sandra has written and edited 1000s of pages of online content, produced 100s of videos, and devised and implemented numerous digital media strategies. 

 Sandra’s recent client work includes writing and editing work for several Victorian government departments and digital strategy development for private organisations.
